Movit Products Limited (MPL), the leading manufacturer of Skin, Hair and Baby care products in Uganda, under its flagship Brand Movit is celebrating 26 years of beauty and continuous support by the Ugandan market.

The company has announced that it will mark its 26th anniversary with a grand event dubbed “Ekiihuro Ky’Omuziki” which is set to take place on 9th December 2023 at Kakyeka Stadium in Mbarara. This was during a press conference held at Hotel Triangle in Mbarara on Monday.

Addressing the media, Ibrahim Kalemera, the Business Development Manager expressed his excitement about the upcoming event, stating that, “Our 26th anniversary is not just a celebration of the years gone by but a testament to the vibrant and dynamic community that has supported us throughout this incredible journey. This event is our way of saying thank you and inviting everyone to join us in commemorating this milestone.”

Founded 26 years ago, Movit has been a pioneer in the cosmetics industry, consistently delivering high-quality products that cater to diverse hair and skin types and styles. Over the years, the brand has become synonymous with innovation, quality, and a commitment to empowering individuals to embrace their unique beauty.

The anniversary event is a testament to Brand’s journey of growth, success, and its deep-rooted connection with the Ugandan community. Attendees can look forward to an unforgettable experience that blends entertainment, education, and, of course, a touch of glamour. This will include hair styling competitions, beauty masterclasses, artiste performances, and so much more.

Tickets will be available for purchase at the entrance at a fee of 5000 Uganda shillings only and comes with free Movit soap, Movit jelly and a Pepsi.

Hon. Rebecca Kadaga officially opens 2023 Nyege Nyege festival

While officiating over the opening ceremony on Thursday, she thanked the hundreds of attendees who flocked to the festival on its first day for supporting the local economy of Busoga and tourism in Uganda and urged them to enjoy themselves.
